Upon the placement of an order with us at, the customer thereby acknowledges acceptance of our general terms and conditions. Furthermore, and by means of a purchase order placed for contact lenses, the customer attests to having received his/her prescription from a licensed eye care professional (optometrist or ophthalmologist) from whom the customer receives his/her routine eye exams (at least once a year). bears no responsibility for any real or potential injuries caused as a result of the use of contact lenses. In placing his/her order, the customer thereby acknowledges that any and all contact lenses purchased have been previously tested and adjusted by a licensed eye care professional. Contact lenses require special care, maintenance and cleaning that should always be carried out in the manner instructed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist, or by the handling information included with the product. Similarly, with the purchase of prescription glasses, the customer attests that the prescription requested is that which has been specially written by an eye care specialist (optometrist or ophthalmologist).

Visual-Click reserves the right to modify the prices that appear in its website. Visual-Click reserves the right to correct any kind of mistakes –computer or technical errors- that may affect the information about the color or the size of the products, prices or special discounts, despite the efforts to avoid them. Visual-Click reserves the right to reject the orders that have been delivered but may contain incorrect or inaccurate information.


Shipping Costs

  • Spain and Portugal: 3,50€ for orders under 35 €. Free shipping over 35 €.
  • European Union: 7€ for orders under 50€. Free shipping over 50€.
  • Other countries: The cost that carrier applies.

Products are shipped by 24-48 hour express courier within a period of approximately 7-8 business days. In the case of prescription eyeglasses, this period preceding delivery will be longer due to the additional time necessary for the adjustment and fitting of the prescription lenses to the frame selected. Nevertheless, manufacture time will never exceed 3-4 days. If any product is not in stock at the time an order is placed, the customer will receive written notification of the new approximate delivery schedule by email.


If sending the package generates taxes at customs, the customer will have to pay these fees. If the client does not want to take care of customs fees, Visual-Click will not return the money of the order and will not take risponsability for the package.


  1. Sunglasses and prescription eyeglasses: two-year guarantee for any frame damage resulting from manufacturing defect; 100% free; any replacements made use original parts. Two-year guarantee for lenses with manufacturing defect. Damage including scratches or cracks resulting from incorrect use is not covered. Defective glasses must be sent to our central warehouse, and they will be returned to the customer’s address with no shipping or handling fees.

  2. Contact lenses: defective contact lenses are replaced free of charge.



All handling of data collected from customers is done in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December (On the Protection of Personal Data). Personal data and delivery addresses of customers are filed in our database to facilitate the correct processing of orders and deliveries, as well as to inform the customer about special offers and updates from The customer has the right to eliminate or edit personal data at any time. Customer credit card information is handled exclusively by a secure server. At no moment does have access to this data.


Products purchased may be returned by the customer within 14 days of the date of receipt. Provision of the courier’s receipt is sufficient for the verification of this date. Returns may only be made on products which remain in tact and can be resold by the vendor. The following products may not be returned: coloured contact lenses, toric contact lenses, boxes of contact lenses which have been opened, products which have been used, and orders processed and delivered as a result of customer error. All returned products must be accompanied by a note from the customer explaining the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the client, but may be refunded if deemed appropiate by Visual-Click. Refunds will be sent to the account specified by the customer.
