MyVision daily contacts are part of the Cooper Vision product range and are specifically designed for kids and teenagers. On one hand, wearing lenses offer more comfort for the kids and gives them more freedom and, on the other hand, parents can stay calm, since they don’t have to worry about their children breaking or losing their glasses, and they can also be sure that the kids are constantly wearing their lens prescription. This is usually a risk while wearing glasses, as the little ones tend to get rid of the goggles as soon as they can.
In addition, it can happen that the kids have complexes about wearing glasses, or that they simply don’t like the way they look on them, just like it happens to adults sometimes. Children have the right to decide whether they want to wear contacts or glasses too, either for convenience or aesthetic reasons or even just for their comfort.
Cooper Vision chose the daily format for obvious reasons. Since MyVision are replaced every day there is no way that the children lose the contacts or break them. As they use a pair of contacts per day, they can also alternate with their glasses without having to waste a pair of monthly contacts. MyVision are also more hygienic and do not need cleaning or special care. This prevents deposit built up and provides constant, crisp vision.
